Kundalini Yoga in Park Slope is part of the 3HO Foundation, a non-profit foundation based in New Mexico which offers the teachings of Kundalini Yoga in centers throughout the world. 3HO is also known for White Tantric Yoga, Winter and Summer Solstice Celebrations, and Women's Camp. 3HO stands for "the healthy, happy, holy organization", and we actually believe that we all have that potential.

Yogi Bhajan is our spiritual teacher and is the Director of the 3HO Foundation. He taught us these techniques of Kundalini Yoga and meditation which we are offering to you.
